Noelle Burton, MHS, PA-C
Hello, my name is Noelle Burton and I was born and raised in the East Bay Area of Martinez, California. My interest in medicine stemmed from my mother who practiced as a Register Nurse for 30+ years and a father who was diagnosed with a terminal illness at a young age. Our family spent many years in and out of hospitals seeking treatment and, in the process, formed lifelong relationships with the medical staff.
After high school, I attended Sonoma State University, where I met my husband in Chemistry 101 class. He ended up being my chemistry partner for the duration of our schooling and we married several years later. I graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2010. Concurrently, in my 4th year, I attended Santa Rosa Junior College where I earned a certificate as an Emergency Medial Technician and gained valuable patient care experience working alongside a Critical Care Nurse. Shortly thereafter, I attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut where I earned a Masters in Health Science and Physician Assistant Studies in 2015; graduating with honors as a Urban Health Scholar, I then became an NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant.
Over the last 9+ years, I have gained comprehensive experience in Family Practice, Orthopedics and Surgery. I have honed my skills in diagnosing and conservatively managing various orthopedic conditions as well as orthopedic procedures including injections, casting/splinting, suturing and surgically first-assisting.
I currently maintain active membership in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery, and an allied health member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, staying abreast of the latest advancements in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery.
I am deeply committed to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect for individual needs. I believe in fostering open communication with patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
